Situated in the beautiful picturesque district of Avia on the Mani Peninsula. With its fabulous views in all directions
of spectacular mountain ranges, olive groves and vast expanse of sea. Located on a quiet mountain road, there is a small village within short drive with 5 Tavernas, all having excellent menus. The surrounding countryside provides numerous walking routes. Just 20 minutes away is the modern capital of the Peloponnese, Kalamata, with all its amenities.
Another 45 min takes you to the International Airport. This area of Greece boasts miles of lovely beaches and numerous places to eat. As with all Mainland Greece, the area is steeped in Greek mythology, history and architecture.

SIZE AND DESCRIPTION OF HOUSE
